1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing the Tandrion website or using the Tandrion platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Tandrion is a multi-tenant software platform that helps businesses manage members, memberships, payments, attendance, renewals, messaging, and related operations. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account and business information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.
• Tenant administrators are responsible for the member and operational data they enter, and for obtaining any consents needed to collect or message their members.
• You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules (for example Telegram policies when using messaging features).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the Service to spam or harass individuals
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted in writing

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, renewals, and billing terms are as agreed with Tandrion for your tenant account. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in limited or suspended access. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

Tandrion and its branding, software, and content remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the business and member data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tandrion and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Tandrion for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
